A yellow gold color with silver highlights, Mâcon-Davayé whites are very expressive, marked with initial sweet notes of white-fleshed fruit juice like Reinette apple and Willliams pear. With oxygenation, these grow more floral, suggesting hawthorn and white garden flowers.
