The latest offering from the Rustenberg estate, this little-known grape variety displays delicate floral notes on the nose and explodes on the palate with an array of nutty, citrus and mineral flavours. Ideal on its own or with white meat dishes.

From the moment we found this range of Mallorcan wines early last year, we knew we had come across a little cluster of stars. A crisp, fresh white, a rounded, juicy rosé and a big, punchy red. Cracking stuff all year round!

The format is simple - you are given a glass of wine on arrival. We then taste and talk through six wines before supper. We will open a few more interesting and carefully chosen wines to match the main course, pudding and cheese before finishing with coffee.
