Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on-line catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we will need to complete the transaction.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your order details via phone, fax, mail or the Internet.
Shipping and Handling
Deliveries to UK Mainland are charged at £10.00 for orders of less than £50, £5.00 for orders between £50 and £100 and free delivery on orders over £100.
International shipping will be charged at cost. Please contact for details.
Shortages and Breakages must be notified within 24 hours.
All deliveries must be signed for.
Delivery Schedule
We will deliver your order as soon as possible. UK Mainland orders will normally be delivered in five working days. International deliveries, please contact for details.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock we will back order for you and advise you of a delivery date.
Tax Charges
British Customs Excise Duty and VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate at the time of dispatch.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in our software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
We take care to ensure that all deliveries reach you in good condition. We will replace or credit any faulty goods. If you have any reason for concern or complaint please contact us immediately. Your Statutory Rights are not affected.
